Unity Partners has been engaged by a start up AI firm who is building and scaling an AI-enabled product environment where internal technical expertise connects with external strategic partner platforms. We’re looking for a product and delivery leader who can turn strategy into execution—driving clear roadmaps, aligned delivery, and measurable outcomes across teams.

As aProduct & Project Manager , you’ll bridge the gap between product strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll define roadmaps and project plans, lead cross-functional workstreams, translate stakeholder input into actionable product stories/specs, and track delivery progress through KPIs, risks, and issue logs—ensuring high-quality releases from planning through acceptance.

1. Proven experience inproduct management andproject delivery (end-to-end)
2. Experience working within astart-up environment
3. Strong understanding ofAgile delivery (Scrum/Kanban ) andrelease processes
4. Excellentrequirements gathering anddocumentation skills
5. Demonstrated ability to managecompeting priorities andambiguous problems
6. Data-informed decision making (basic KPI definition and interpretation)
7. Ability to manage cross-functional workstreams (e.g.,product, engineering, operations, customer success, analytics )

Desirable (nice to have):

1. Experience inAI-enabled products
