Job Responsibilities:
Support Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, budget
Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees.
Enforce process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as: disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines development.
Help in the development and running of the programme management office or project management practice.
Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, Security controls and technology architecture designs
Requirements:
University degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
Good experience with exposure to all stages of the application development process/lifecycle
At least 3 years’ experience on similar role in banking industry
Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems support business objectives
Able to work with other internal IT teams or external vendors to resolve problems
Self-motivated fast learner and able to work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
Strong analytical, good logical problem solving and interpersonal skills
Spoken Cantonese and English
Experience on Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) would be an advantage
