Security Operations Associate - Crypto Services
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Data Protection Operations fleet. The successful candidate will be part of a squad responsible for designing and supporting highly scalable and comprehensive cryptography products. Working collaboratively the team designs, engineers and supports cryptography infrastructure using both commercial products and home grown solutions.

The candidate must demonstrate strong technical qualities - preferably in a global environment, ideally within the finance industry.
- Providing consultancy and support for cryptography products. Example: OpenSSL, PKI, Code Signing, etc.
- Implement cryptography solutions and create related support documentation.
- Develop tooling (as required) for operations team usage using Python, Perl or Shell scripting.
- Participate on calls with internal users and external clients or vendors.
- Provide Level 3 support and serve as subject matter expert for different cryptography solutions [some authored in-house].
- Maintain security infrastructure, providing stability by following policies, processes and procedures available
- Provide a secure environment, managing and mitigating risks
- Regularly re-evaluate processes and procedures and Instigate service improvement initiatives
- Identify areas for automation and scripting wherever possible



Technical Skills
- Expertise in Unix/Linux preferably in Redhat Linux environment.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure
- Intermediate knowledge on development skills with at least one scripting language such as Python, Perl or Shell.
- Basic knowledge Certificate Management, Code Signing, HSM, Cryptography, Key Management

Soft Skills
- Active interest in Linux & cryptography technologies.
- Ability to work with globally distributed agile squad.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills: capable of writing documentation, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with upper management, colleagues and customers.
- Comfortable working in operations and support team with end user interaction.
- A self-starter that recognize the importance and value of working as a member of an agile squad.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in cryptography solutions.
- Ideally experienced in public key infrastructure work.
- CISSP or similar certification would be advantage.
