A global financial institution is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has full-spectrum and hands-on experience in delivering AI and Transformation Projects in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business transformation and technology initiatives, from project inception through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation projects that support strategic business priorities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, testing, user training, change management, and adoption activities.
• Assess and recommend emerging technologies to optimize business processes and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Ensure delivered solutions comply with business, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates, key insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ years of Business Analyst / Project Management experience in financial related projects
• Proven experience delivering AI and digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
