Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly consolidation and management accounts of different business lines for management review
2. Track and monitor monthly expenses, ensuring proper cost allocation and budget adherence
3. Review and verify staff expense claims in line with internal policies
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly statutory reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Liaise with external auditors and other service providers to ensure smooth audits and reporting cycles
6. Support tax filings, audit processes, and treasury functions
7. Manage day-to-day finance operations, including posting journal entries, preparing payment vouchers and transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records
8. Assist with regulatory filings, compliance reports, and documentation
9. Work with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance) to support firm-wide initiatives
10. Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls, procedure automation and finance-related policies and procedures
11. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by CFO or Head of Compliance

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit
3. Audit experience is preferred (big four is a strong plus)
4. Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and a proactive mindset
5. Able to work independently and demonstrate adaptability and the ability to thrive in unstructured environments
6. Excellent written and communication skills, a team player
