Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization
Own the end-to-end architecture lifecycle, from business requirement analysis, solution design, technology selection, governance, implementation oversight, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Act as the in-house Solution Architect, driving architectural decisions across multiple stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the highest standards of quality, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, standards, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and meet architectural standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends that impact banking supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven hands-on experience acting as an in-house architect responsible for end-to-end solution delivery from concept through production deployment and ongoing support.
Demonstrated experience leading architecture for large-scale enterprise applications, including business requirement gathering, solution design, systems integration, data migration, implementation governance, and vendor management.
Experience in banking, insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, software development methodologies (Agile and DevOps), and technologies such as Java, .NET Core, React, and Kong.
Ability to balance business, operational, and technical considerations when defining enterprise solutions and target-state architectures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic, scalable solutions.
