HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Structured Product Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Formulate product strategies and maintain optimal list of product solutions in different market situations to sustain the growing the Structured Product business
  • Solicit market intelligence and keep close dialogue with key stakeholders or customers to understand their needs or preference and
    new product trend
  • Coordinate, identify and communicate relevant market information with product mapping to frontline to support selling or after sales service
  • Work with channel teams to leverage the cross channel developments and marketing opportunities to encourage business via different channels
  • Optimise sales transaction and operational flows to improve cost and time efficiency
  • Support multi channel development for flow product to sustain the increasing transaction volume


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree required
  • Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst qualification
  • Experience in product development, sales or marketing experience in structured products or other investment or treasury products areas
  • Knowledge of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business with experience in wealth products
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative and analytical thinking skills
  • Good hands-on computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English communication and presentation is essential
