(This is a 2-month contract role to support the Settlement Team in Operation Department)

Responsibilities:

· Oversee post-trade processes, including HK/US equities, bonds, futures, forwards, OTC derivatives, and repos.

· Distribute daily trade execution details to custodians, trustees, and fund administrators.

· Perform control functions to verify trades and positions, ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.

· Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, custodians, trustees, and compliance on account openings, new fund setups, KYC, and the resolution of settlement issues.

· Handle daily operational tasks, including cash and security holdings reconciliation and cash flow projections.

· Manage corporate actions and proxy voting (ProxyEdge).

· Oversee the booking of expenses, income, FX transactions, time deposits, and fund transfers.

· Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Investment teams on broker and account onboarding.

Job Requirements:

· Solid understanding of end-to-end operations, settlement workflows, and account openings on the buy-side.

· Ability to manage the full settlement cycle, with strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 3 years of settlement experience within asset management firms.
