Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team to analyze and investigate the name screening results to prevent any fraud and financial crimes.
- Identify the risks and enhance the mitigating control procedures.
- Work closely with the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense on any suspicious AML risks identified.
- Assist in educating and training the business units about relevant financial crime risks.
- Act as the representative of the department in any FCC related projects and committees.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration/ Finance or related Banking discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience covering wholesale banking clients.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of financial crime risk with strong and hands-on analytical and investigation skills.
- Strong communication skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese .
- Holder of AAMLP/CAMLP/CAMS/ICA is a plus.
