VP, Structured Finance (Syndication & Structured Credit)

The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients, financial sponsors, and active arrangers in the syndicated loan market. The successful candidate will design bankable financing structures, prepare credit proposals, and monitor the lending portfolio. Collaborating with relationship managers to identify, execute, and distribute syndicated transactions is central to this position. This role is vital in supporting the organisation’s capital markets activities and ensuring the delivery of tailored financing solutions to clients.

Role Overview:
This position supports the organisation’s efforts to originate, structure, and execute syndicated finance transactions, playing a key role in strengthening client relationships and expanding the organisation’s market presence.

Key Skills & Experience:
• University graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, lending, or credit analysis within a corporate banking environment
• Experience in syndicated or structured credits (e.g., project finance, leverage & acquisition finance, securitisation) is advantageous
• Strong deal execution skills and ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Self-motivated with good business acumen
• Excellent credit analysis, report writing, and presentation skills
• Well-versed in market practices, regulatory requirements, and current developments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Putonghua

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients, financial sponsors, and syndicated loan market arrangers
• Design and develop financing structures that are bankable and align with client needs
• Prepare detailed credit proposals and monitor the lending portfolio
• Collaborate with relationship managers to identify suitable transactions and support their execution and distribution
• Stay up-to-date with market practices and regulatory changes affecting structured finance

Requirements:
• Right to work in the relevant region
• Relevant experience in corporate banking with a focus on syndicated or structured finance
• Degree from a recognised university or higher qualification
• Willingness to work on-site in our client’s location
• Availability to commence on 24/06/2026 for a period of approximately 2 weeks
