We're looking for a RTA candidate in VP grade, with a strong blend of client servicing, leadership, and transfer agency expertise to provide service for our global professional fiduciary/fund services provider with details as below,

Role Summary

1. Title: Vice President, RTA Services
2. Location: Hong Kong
3. Reporting to: Senior Vice President
4. Team Management: Leading a team of approximately 5-6 employees
5. Client Portfolio: Key client-facing role supporting PE fund and other hedge fund clients

Key Requirements

1. Strong Transfer Agency / Investor Services experience.
2. Prior exposure to Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund clients.
3. Proven client relationship management and client servicing experience.
4. Experience reviewing and overseeing RTA operations and deliverables.
5. People management experience, ideally leading a team of 5 or more.
6. Ability to work closely with Fund Accounting and other internal stakeholders.
7. Cantonese language capability is required due to client-facing responsibilities.
