SymphonyAI is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager based in India to lead and optimize our quote-to-cash processes across Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT. You will own the systems, data, and workflows that power bookings and revenue, ensuring operational excellence, policy compliance, and clean handoffs from CRM/CPQ to ERP. This role partners closely with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure Sales Orders and contract changes are accurate and complete before booking, and requires hands-on leadership across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite (ERP/SuiteBilling).

SymphonyAI is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager based in India to lead and optimize our quote-to-cash processes across Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT. You will own the systems, data, and workflows that power bookings and revenue, ensuring operational excellence, policy compliance, and clean handoffs from CRM/CPQ to ERP. This role partners closely with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure Sales Orders and contract changes are accurate and complete before booking, and requires hands-on leadership across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite (ERP/SuiteBilling).
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Quote-to-Cash Ownership:
- Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end processes from lead to order to cash, aligning with company bookings and revenue policies
- Operate Deal Desk to support complex quotes, discounting, non-standard terms, and approvals; ensure required fields and evidence are captured for downstream revenue recognition
Systems and Data:
- Govern CRM-to-ERP data flow and ensure accurate and complete Sales Order creation in NetSuite
- Maintain data quality and governance (field definitions, mandatory fields, SLAs, duplicates, enrichment) for reliable reporting and clean revenue outcomes
- Define and maintain mapping between CPQ products and NetSuite items, subsidiaries, currencies, tax codes, and billing schedules; leverage NetSuite saved searches/reports to monitor Sales Order accuracy and error rates
Sales Order and Contract Hygiene:
- Establish booking gates and pre-booking checks (term dates, billing schedules, items/SKUs, pricing/discounts, delivery/acceptance indicators, PO/TCs) to ensure Sales Orders are complete/accurate before handoff to Finance and NetSuite creation
- Run renewal and amendment workflows for upsells, downsells, and term changes in CRM/CPQ/CLM; coordinate with Revenue Accounting to ensure contract modifications are correctly reflected in NetSuite
Controls, Compliance & Change Management:
- Design and operate key operational controls across quote-to-cash (approvals, data validations, booking gates)
- Maintain change control and UAT documentation for system releases in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Partner with Legal on standard terms and with Finance on booking policy alignment; provide audit support and evidence as needed
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and deliver automation and tooling enhancements across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite
- Lead cross-functional projects to reduce cycle times and improve data quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on NetSuite (ERP) experience required; familiarity with ARM and revenue implications of order data is a plus
- Proven experience with CRM-to-ERP integrations and data governance; demonstrated ability to ensure accurate Sales Order creation and updates in NetSuite
- Demonstrated Deal Desk experience supporting complex quotes, discounting controls, and non-standard terms/approvals
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker); SQL or similar analytics skills a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes and system configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose data/process issues and drive root-cause fixes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, global environment
- Legally authorized to work in India; able to support a minimum of 3 hours overlap with US time zones
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ARM, revenue recognition, and revenue implications of order data
- Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives in revenue operations
