We are seeking an innovative and action-oriented
Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Data Solutions Product team in Cork. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to drive the delivery of new products and enhancements across our service offerings, working at the intersection of Operations, IT, and Product teams.



The ideal candidate will be an AI-native thinker who can reimagine traditional project management approaches, bringing fresh perspectives on how we leverage technology and automation to deliver value to our clients. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage ongoing projects, and help shape the future of fund services through innovative solutions.




Your Responsibilities:




Project Delivery & Coordination

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects across Product, Operations and Technology teams


• Maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers and status reports


• Monitor progress against key milestones and follow up on outstanding actions


• Ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout project delivery


• Help organise workshops, working sessions and project meetings

• Support product managers throughout the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-implementation review

Innovation & AI Integration

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into product development and project management processes


• Challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness


• Research and recommend emerging technologies and methodologies that could benefit our operations

Stakeholder Management

• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across multiple teams and locations


• Act as a central coordination point between business and technical stakeholders


• Facilitate communication and ensure decisions, actions and dependencies are clearly documented


• Escalate risks, issues and blockers in a timely and constructive manner

Continuous Improvement, Innovation & AI

• Challenge existing processes and ways of working with a view to improving efficiency, quality and scalability


• Identify opportunities where AI, automation and modern technologies can simplify project delivery or operational activities


• Experiment with new tools and approaches, sharing learnings with the wider team


• Contribute ideas that improve products, processes and client outcomes


• Support the adoption of best practices in project delivery, collaboration and digital productivity


• Help foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization

Your Profile:




Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or a related field


• 0-2 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, operations, consulting, technology or a related area


• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply


• Experience working in team-based or cross-functional environments is advantageous


• Demonstrable interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed, aligned and engaged


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track actions and follow through on commitments
