JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Expert to join our team. The Process Engineering Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving processes to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering principles and extensive experience in process design and improvement. This role will be Manager Level, based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, design and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs, increase yield, and improve product quality.
• Analyse process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance process performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize production downtime, quality issues, and safety hazards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and process control plans to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to drive process optimization.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Efficiency/Process Improvement/Re-engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in finance industry or alternative investment services
• Strong knowledge of process design and improvement principles, including Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Experience in statistical process control, design of experiments, and process optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive continuous improvement projects.
