Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and strengthen client relationships to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Client Support:

• Provide excellent client support, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Risk Assessment:

• Assist in assessing clients' insurance and risk management needs.
• Work with clients to understand their risk profile and recommend appropriate solutions.

The Requirements

• Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified.
• Previous experience working for an insurer or broker.
• Knowledge of insurance products and risk management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• All-inclusive organisational and time management abilities.
