Based – Dublin

Salary - Starting at €65,000, dependent on experience

LHH are working exclusively with a top tier bank who are looking to expand their EMEA division.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up within a truly Global Banking Player.

The role will involve joining a team that will be responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions including data capture, documentation, regulatory requirements, internal compliance, and will ensure that all conditions are met prior to any deal execution.  

They are looking for candidates with:

• Transaction management and Loan Portfolio experience
• Wholesale and commercial lending experience
• Competent knowledge of AML/KYC and Compliance
• A confident communicator able to present to all levels of stakeholders

Your key responsibilities:

• Contribute the to the build and development of the global team
• Create processes, standards, procedures, and controls along with training the team and implementing the working practices  
• Work across the transaction management, and loan operations business lines to define and implement metrics, mitigate risk, and provide control reviews to ensure end to end transparency

The role is hybrid and only requires being in the office 2 to 3 days a week.
