Our client, an exciting new FinTech organisation, has an amazing opportunity for Chief Revenue Officer to join Ireland's fastest-growing digital lender that is set to disrupt the old world banking sector and make a significant impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual revenue targets for all sales channels and products
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
  • Manage all sales channels: direct, intermediary and partnerships
  • Manage and develop key relationships across all sales channels
  • Work to identify new revenue streams both local and internationally
  • Work with product team to enhance product roadmap
  • Take ownership of and deliver on agreed sales/revenue targets
  • Manage/coach/develop sales team
  • Design and deliver monthly sales reports to senior stakeholders
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and close
  • Work with CEO to agree and implement strategic plans to support growth across all sales channels
  • Contribute to overall company strategy
  • Work with the market department on brand awareness, market analysis and lead generation

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the SME Lending space ideally within the digital space
  • In-depth knowledge of SME Lending and the competitive market landscape 
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a lending environment with proven experience of managing a sales team
  • Must have experience with product launch (Go to Market)
  • Experience influencing change to product roadmaps
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Must have a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience managing and implementing change within a team environment
  • Experience nurturing and developing senior level relationships
  • Effective communication skills coupled with strong business development experience
  • Ideally hold a QFA qualification
  • Proven experience of managing a high performing sales team
  • Flexible and hardworking team player
