Our client is a large National Charity delivering services to people with disabilities via a network of centers across Ireland. They are currently seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their organisation and manage all Company Secretarial matters for the organisation.




The Role: Company Secretary



Reporting directly to the CEO and Chairperson of the National Board successful candidate have responsibility for all Company Secretarial duties of the organisation. Main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare Statutory returns for the Companies Office for all subsidiaries of the group


• Ability to brief the Board with regard to corporate, legislative and procedural requirements


• Overseeing returns to Charity Regulator


• Organise Board Meetings and the AGM


• Attend at Board Meetings


• Assist with various projects within the business

The candidate will join the leadership team of the business and will provide key support and advice to the CEO.




Ideal Candidate



The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Secretary with a number of years' experience as a Company Secretary within an accountancy or legal firm or within an inhouse Company Secretarial position. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with senior staff and Board members within the organisation.
