Position Description: The
Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for running one of the Financial Reporting teams, including the overall preparation and review of the annual audited financial statements and interim (semi-annual, quarterly) process, for investment funds and companies, ranging across various domiciles, jurisdictions and financial reporting standards. This individual will also be responsible for the coordination of the overall audit process for the investment funds and companies SEI are named administrator of, in addition to overseeing and reviewing the completion of Irish and other jurisdiction financial regulatory filings. Other responsibilities include training new employees and ensuring premier client service standards are achieved within specified deadlines and according to best practice operations. In addition, the individual will be responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with clients, auditors as well as internal relationship managers.
What you'll do: The Financial Reporting Manager will assume responsibility for the management of a financial reporting team, which manages the financial statement preparation, regulatory filing and compliance function such as periodic regulatory filing in local and international fund jurisdictions including returns to the Central Bank of Ireland.
