Experience as a HR System Power User, HR Administrator or HR Functional Tester would be ideal for this role. It requires a self-motivated professional with dynamic, hands-on functional experience in any ERP HR system. You will become an expert in the HR functional area of the product, and responsible for ensuring the functionality meets the specification. This is your opportunity to work in an Agile environment, alongside Project Managers and Developers on a daily basis to deliver the best quality product.
Take ownership of functional area testing efforts for the HR application.
Attend daily scrums and work closely with Development
Becomes a subject matter expert of Workday HCM functionality
Provide regular status and estimations against your test suite and bugs.
Has input into release planning and estimation
Works closely with Product Management and Support on customer escalations
Share knowledge and demonstrate product areas to other teams.
Assist in determining and improving processes.
Domain knowledge of HCM
Handles and prioritizes multiple complex concurrent tasks
Is highly flexible and adaptable; shifts focus in accordance with priorities and business needs
