What we are looking for
We are currently seeking a cybersecurity Business Analyst to help support the design, implementation and management of Global Cybersecurity (GCS) projects within the GCS Metrics and Reporting team. The position assists with cybersecurity metrics and project process and documentation, data, automation, as well project planning and status. As a business analyst within the GCS metrics program, you will have a significant opportunity to making a difference on the team, within the GCS organization, as well as State Street overall. About the GCS Metrics and Reporting
The GCS Metrics and Reporting team is an exciting and growing area of cybersecurity with unique insight into the whole spectrum of our cybersecurity activity at State Street. The metrics team of data visualization and business intelligence experts is involved in the identification and implementation of key metrics, reports, and dashboards that provide visibility, insights, and accountability, identify trends in our cyber security controls, and inform our strategy and operations with audiences ranging from daily operational teams to the Board of Directors. What you are responsible for
Education and Preferred Qualifications
- Assist with documenting process, workflows, and procedures for metrics reporting
- Assist with modifying and transforming data for metrics reporting
- Assist with manual calculations of metrics and automation of manual reporting
- Assist with project planning and status
About State Street What we do.
- Prior experience documenting process, workflows, and procedures
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, etc)
- Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred prior experience in cybersecurity
- Preferred prior experience with Business Intelligence products (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qliksense)
