Head of Finance

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead an experienced finance team which is responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury, audit, tax & corporate structuring, the budgeting process, and the internal control framework and policies.
• Investor Relations: Support the CEO, COO & CFO and Corporate Finance Manager on investor relations activities, including fee and legal negotiations. 
• Investment / Fund-Raising: Support CFO with regards to debt-financing and investor roadshows.
• Business Partnering: Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business, including the Digital Transformation team, assisting with new ERP system implementation project.
• Corporate Strategy: Participate in Leadership discussions, looking at the long-term vision of the firm. 

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be Big 4 or Top 10 ACA qualified with 10+ years post-qualified experience. 
• Significant experience working with investments funds such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Renewables, Infrastructure, Aviation Leasing or similar. 
• Experience of commercial finance transactions (e.g. M&A, equity raises, debt facilities) across different jurisdictions.
• Experience leading teams in a large-scale, complex, changing environment. 

The successful candidate will join a growing organisation which has expanded across multiple jurisdictions in recent years. 

This is a succession planning role with the opportunity to move into the CFO role within a number of years, if successful.
