Leading global investment manager is hiring a Head of Institutional Sales for US Debt to build out a new European business from Dublin. As part of a firm with a global reach, you will be able to lean on this network to offer a US Fixed Income product to European institutional investors. This role will have significant visibility at Head Office level, and will work closely with Global Heads and C-Suite. A newly created role, this is a rare opportunity for a Fixed Income salesperson to demonstrate their track record and to set up, then build and lead a team.
Develop and execute an institutional sales strategy
Build successful relationships with asset managers, pension funds and other institutions
Develop and deliver sales pitches, marketing material and client proposals
Monitor trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes and adapt strategy as required
Collaborate with internal colleagues including researchers and traders
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Fixed Income sales
Deep knowledge of the Fixed Income space including US Treasuries, IG and HY Credit, Private Credit, Repo, Structured Product etc.
Demonstrable track record of relationship building and revenue generation
Hold a relevant qualification as per CBI requirements (APA, QFA, Registered Stockbroker, CFA or similar)
This role is a CF-4 and CF-11 designation under the Central Bank’s Fitness & Probity standards
