As a Human Resources Senior Generalist, you will provide day-to-day guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers for the Irish team. You'll be expected to directly address more complex HR issues with the business, employees, or Human Resources Manager. You will also ensure the uniform and consistent application of company policy, in addition to adhering to local guidelines. With the responsibility of developing and administering effective human relations programs, you'll thrive with latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
For this role, you will ideally be an experienced human resources professional, with extensive knowledge of Irish laws and customs and experience in the management of large, high-performing teams. You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, communicate effectively, and provide customer service to all levels of internal and external customers.
