About our client

Our client is a leading mid-market fund who is looking to grow their Dublin team. They have a highly differentiated investment approach, creating lasting partnerships where they are committed to the strategic and operational development, growth, and performance of their portfolio companies. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their lean investment team, where you will actively contribute and take on a high level of responsibility from the outset. What the job involves

• Involvement in the full private equity deal cycle, from origination to execution
• Active portfolio management, with a high level of involvement in portfolio companies' growth strategy
• Conduct market research to identify and analyse investment opportunities
• Modelling and structuring of acquisitions
• Execute due diligence and manage negotiation through to the completion of investments

Who we are looking for

• Outstanding academics from leading universities
• Work experience within PE, entrepreneurial ventures, strategy consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or banking
• Excellent commercial judgement and confident interpersonal skills
• A cultural affinity to Ireland, likely educated or worked there previously
