Reporting to the Partner, applicants should have solid skills in Project and People Management, ensuring delivery and the growth of colleagues. You should be able to design and independently manage complex projects, acting as the main interface with the client; promote further sales via carrying out all pre-sales and start to directly facilitate repeat business. You will also carry out recruiting, mentoring and knowledge management activities and participate in networking and marketing events. The ability to master the rational and emotional aspects of change along with learning to manage the politics of change will be a key success factor to the role.
