The Investor Services team is charged with providing a best-in-class service to both our clients and their investors. The role of a Team Leader is key to meeting this goal.

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team of IS Representatives and/or Senior IS Representatives who are providing services to specified clients.

Responsibilities of a Team Leader include:
- Providing day-to-day investor services to both the fund manager and the investors in the fund.
- Providing oversight and guidance to the IS Representatives and/or Senior IS Representatives on the team.
- Managing the delivery of services to clients against a pre-agreed service level agreement.
- Keeping line management appraised of operational issues in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?
- Oversee the delivery of investor servicing to the fund manager whilst ensuring client deliverables are being met.
- Work with the Investor Services team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Investor activity. This should be monitored with reference to system work queues and system MIS.
- Act as a primary contact point to the fund manager for investor related information.
- Act as a contact point for fund investors.
- Training and mentoring of individual team members.
- Ensure that procedures, policies, and processes are adhered to.
- Gain an understanding of all funds across the team to provide coverage when required.
- Act as an escalation point for team members.
- Ensure that line management are made aware of any client or operational issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, compliance, accounting to address client needs and resolve complex issues.
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve current processes to meet the changing requirements of our clients, to improve efficiency, or to reduce risk.
- Identifying system enhancements that reduce operational risk, create operational efficiency, or improve customer service.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Work on projects /Ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Provide money movement notification to the client(s) and prepare wire instructions for money movements for investor activity.
- Assist with the distribution of investor reporting such as statements, contract notes, offering documents, K1's, PFIC's, month end estimates.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in hedge Fund and investor servicing.
- Experience in supervising and reviewing the work of others.
- An ability to work and lead under pressure and an ability to cope with increased workloads at month-end.
- An ability to work as part of focussed team.

Skills that will help you in the role:
- An aptitude for client service.
- A third level qualification / college degree - preferably in a business or numerical discipline.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
