Join our Corporate Operations Group & Business Services Division as a Business Resilience Manager. This is a dynamic opportunity for an operational resilience professional with an aptitude for analytics, a risk mindset and a passion for attention to detail.
You will work in a delivery role focused on coordination of UK and Irish Operational Resilience regulatory requirements, with the objectives of enhancing resilience capability and helping foster a resilient culture across the region.
Ideally you will bring the following to the role: - Deep understanding of UK or Irish Operational Resilience regulation
- Experience utilising complex data from diverse sources to tell compelling, accessible, and accurate stories
- Exhibit emotional intelligence to influence and focus management attention among competing priorities
- Knowledge of maintenance and enhancing entity Operational Resilience self-assessments and the underlying data that supports them
- Coordinate the design and execution of complex, diverse testing against severe and plausible scenarios as required by UK and Irish Operational Resilience regulation; curation of a scenario library
- Act as a Key Contributor in the mitigation of resilience aspects of Intra Group/Material Outsourcing/Third Party Risk
- Ensure the accuracy of Important Business Service mapping data through periodic validation and participation in appropriate Change groups
- Learn the business resilience platform (training provided) and conduct business resilience plan, business Impact Assessment and Business resilience exercise report quality review according to a documented methodology
- Supporting business resilience leads to enhance their content in the business resilience platform according to a documented methodology
Core knowledge ideally includes: - Experience with Fusion Framework, Salesforce, BMC Helix, ProcessUnity, PowerBI
- Significant experience of first line delivery of UK or Irish Operational Resilience regulatory requirements within a regulated financial services environment
- Demonstrable experience in coordinating the design and execution of diverse testing against severe and plausible scenarios as required by UK or Irish Operational Resilience regulation
- Significant experience in one or more of Business Continuity, Operational Risk, Technology Recovery, Crisis or Incident Management or Cyber Security
- Experience of collating the third party/intra-group outsourcing resilience assurance documentation required by UK or Irish Operational Resilience regulation
- One or more of BCI, DRI, CISM or CISSP accreditation (or similar)
