Operational Support Executive

We have an exciting opportunities for an Operational Support Executive to join the business as it goes through a vast period of growth. This will be on a fixed term contract basis of 12 months and will be based at our Dublin office with some home working. 

This is a great time and opportunity for service executives to further develop their stakeholder administration and customer service skills in a fast-paced mortgage collections environment.

You’ll join our Operational Support team to assist with the administration tasks associated when servicing our portfolios. Tasks include some inbound and outbound telephony activity, customer data processing, dealing with queries and general loan administration to ensure that operational and customer requests are met and actioned in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?

• Daily post in/out including receipt and input of Standard Financial Statements
• Daily banking including processing of direct debit facilities, banking upload and allocation of payments
• Preparation and Issuing of SAR (Subject Access Requests) in line with regulatory timelines
• Security Discharges and release of security in line with agreed process and timelines
• Ensuring operational and customer requests are actioned within a timely manner and within agreed timelines
• General loan administration such as issuing mortgage statements, redemption statements, invoice processing etc
• Work within agreed metrics, including meeting agreed targets and service level agreements

Is this you?

• Previous loan servicing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Maintaining good interpersonal relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to react and deal with change in a fast-moving environment
• Relevant APA qualification required
• Working with word, excel, power point tools in support of output for approval/review
• Working as part of a team to achieve common goal. Supporting colleagues and providing advice and/or contribute to problem solving sessions as required
