We will be looking to you to take the lead in maintaining an effective Regulatory Compliance program, as well as overseeing the adherence to the regulatory (non-AML) requirements. You will lead a small team of compliance experts responsible for multi-jurisdictions across 55 countries, which are operating under various licensed entities within the EU and CIS region. You will identify and communicate existing and new regulatory requirements to develop regulatory compliance operating model, annual compliance plan and compliance management framework. You will be reporting to regional governance committees, boards and senior management to support the company's strategy, objectives, address related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
For such a critical role, you will need to have extensive experience in regulatory compliance with up to date regulatory knowledge of non-AML obligations within financial services. A solid number of this experience must be at a managerial level too, where you have lead teams across international locations. Experience of working in a large matrix organisation is an advantage. You will be consultative in your approach and have a persuasive manner to be able to resolve complex problems in a fast-paced organisation. Experience of working with the local regulators in the region is a must and previous experience of agile working methodologies is desirable. Join us, and let's move money for better
