The Role - Responsible data, analysis, and insights to client base segmentation, priority setting & target identification
- Drive opportunity mapping and monitoring; using data insights on Sales Operations opportunities to maximise potential outcomes
- Support growth strategies, with prospect identification/prioritization and product penetration analysis
- Build and maintain relationships to identify and develop joint account planning opportunities
- Working with marketing to develop and track performance of data driven client opportunities
- Track account plan action items and provide information to Leadership to maximise opportunities
- Working with Learning & Development colleagues with sales training to enhance best client experience
- Track account plan action items and provide information to Leadership to maximise opportunities
- Monitor and report on overall Voice of Client using various client satisfaction metrics
- Ownership of Bid Management processes within selected lines of business, supporting delivery of the best of One WTW to all clients
- Delivery of Global sales enablement activities locally.
The Requirements - Relevant certifications and/or Degree in Business, Sales Operations or similar
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
- Practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
- Skilled at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to represent the Sales Operations practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
- Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Experienced in CRM and Microsoft tools - primarily excel and PowerPoint.
