Our client is a global provider of financial solutions and they have an opening in their Dublin office for a Sales Support, Contract Administrator to join their Operations Team on a 1 year contract basis with a view to permanency. 6months - 1 years’ experience in an Administration role is desirable.

Primary Accountabilities will include:

  • Support and Manage Area Sales Managers New Business Opportunities
  • Target Specific Dealers for New Business.
  • Train dealers on DLL’s eCS system.
  • Quote customers, process credit applications from customers and dealers.
  • Be able to move new business through sales process in an efficient manner.
  • Liaise with Credit Dept to ensure efficient response times.
  • Build rapport with customers and dealers to ensure a quality service.


Primary Key Performance Indicators will include:

  • Internal customer satisfaction
  • New Business Sales Target.
  • Turnaround time
  • Speed and quality of sales process
  • Accuracy of process documentation


Skills and Qualifications for this Contract Administrator Job, Dublin

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in an Administrative Role preferably from a banking/leasing/financial environment.
  • Knowledge of Food or Agriculture/OT or CT&I would be advantageous.
  • Communication with a heavy focus on excellent relationship management.
  • Good working knowledge of IT Systems and PC skills.
  • Desire to work as a team player and carry out duties for the good of the team.
  • 3rd level Education is desirable.
