About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist to join our team in Dublin on an 11-month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role, you will: - Oversee the most complex securities or over the counter derivative transactions
- Resolve escalated issues within the scope of responsibilities in security operations
- Research business risks, develop policies, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Exercise independent judgment in understanding trade settlement workflow controls and the effects of operational breakdowns
- Provide technical support through research of company resources
- Recommend ideas to resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment on a full process within a trade environment
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, International: - Experience in Securities Operations with an excellent understanding of payments.
- SWIFT message expertise in processing payments, queries and investigations - MT199s, MT202s & MT103s
- Experience in trade booking & accounting systems which include: Flexcube, Target 2, Flexpay, ITFT as well as general Financial Services systems.
