Senior Actuary, Revenue Management

Leading global health insurer has a key hire for a senior actuary to manage their group revenue management and projections. Supporting and driving clients forecasting of revenue streams and managing their internal model development. , Strong focus on setting and maintaining appropriate modelling assumptions and reporting frameworks.

A leading Global Health Insurer has a key hire for a International Senior Pricing & Revenue Actuary to manage their group revenue projection. 

Responsibilities of this  Senior Actuarial Job:

Support the senior director in the design and implementation of complex actuarial projects with particular focus on modelling and reporting frameworks that affect new and existing business 

Development actuarial data architecture and assumption setting 

Lead a multi-disciplined team of data modelers, actuarial specialists, and analytics experts 

Key subject matter expert on the risk adjustment models across key lines of business 

Design and implement new products and develop solutions that transform the industry Maintain the necessary communication and coordination with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients 

Extensive experience working as an actuary in healthcare, insurance or finance 

Proven leadership experience 

Qualifications required: 

Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in (economics, business, finance, accounting, engineering, etc.) or equivalent working experience 

Excellent communication and presentation style  

Proven experience in related job capacity (analytics, actuarial, underwriting, actuarial pricing, finance) 

Experience driving new actuarial solutions from design to completion 

Extensive experience of managing risks and controls of complex models 

Solid knowledge of concepts and methodologies in healthcare / insurance 

Understanding of software development life cycle and Agile framework 

Experience managing innovation-driven functions (ex. – R&D, analytics) 

Post-graduate degree in relevant field of study (ex. – MBA, PhD, MA or MS Finance / Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science) 

Ideally 5 years - 7 years + Actuarial experience in pricing, revenue modelling
