Senior Consultant / Manager – FS Change & Transformation (Hybrid / Dublin)

Our client is a Dublin-based business with a world-class portfolio of clients spanning Asset Management and Fund Services, Insurance, and Retail and Corporate Banking. They are actively looking to expand their team in line with client-demand. Project work can range from business process reengineering, through post-M&A integration, to project and programme delivery.
Our client embraces entrepreneurship, respect, and team spirit as well as pride and fun. Consultants/Managers will operate on a hybrid working schedule, with homeworking encouraged depending on client requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience either in FS Consulting or as a Business Analyst or Project Manager directly with a Financial Services organisation.
- Broad knowledge of Financial Services with depth in one or more subsectors or themes such as data, products or regulation.
- Ability to define and design projects and perform and lead complex business analysis.
- Clear, concise and succinct communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and a team-player with flexibility and adaptability.
- Degree-qualified, ideally with some business and finance content.
- Proficiency in standard IT packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
