As a future Third Party Realtionship Manage, you will report to Global Head of Third Party Relationship Management, and you will be part of Architas, business unit of AXA IM.

MAIN MISSIONS: Overseeing the quality of Service provided by our main Outsourced Operational providers, (mainly State Street, and our Custodians). Coordinate the communication between our Outsourced Service providers and our internal business units. Oversee fund expenses payment instructions and, temporarily, Architas financial statements coordination
KEY RESPONSIBILITES: • As directed by the Global Head of 3rd Party Relationship Management, liaise with internal departments as a point of expertise/escalation in respect of our Outsourced Service Providers. • Oversee all fund expense payment instructions for both Irish and French fees. • Analysis, tolerance & sanity checks on all invoices received from internal and external sources • Implement high quality controls to mitigate risk & improve efficiency • Maintain Detailed records of all transactions; allowing for quick access and efficient responses to inquiries. • Develop and encourage improved ways of working through technology, centralisation and people Additional responsibilities will be to; • Contribute to, and partake in, helping to implement any new Products/Projects related to our Outsourced Service Provider. • Monitor the KPI's and quality of service delivered by our Outsourced Service Provider, and work with the Service Providers to ensure our KPI's and quality standards are maintained. • Undertake a number of varied administrative tasks in order to support the Outsourced Service Providers and internal functions. • Undertake, the teams duties in respect of Rebates and CASS as identified by your Manager. • As appropriate, review the SLA with the outsourced 3rd parties and make sure that they are up to date, and relevant to meet our business and regulatory needs. • In conjunction with the rest of the team, help resolve all questions raised by our Administrators and Custodians.
Temporary responsibilities - Fund Financial Statements coordination: • Be accountable for the Fund Administration operations for the scope of all Architas entities. Functions include: control over the preparation of Fund Financial Statements in relationship with the Funds' auditors and Third Party Fund Administrators • Work with Investment team, Legal Functional leads, Finance Functional leads, IT team and other colleagues to develop Fund Administration production processes and to meet the client, business, legal and regulatory requirements and are delivered and evidenced to appropriate standards within defined timescales • Manage the relationship with external providers in particular Third-party providers and Funds' auditors to support these services and ensure appropriate governance / oversight protocols are employed • Actively participate to the full transfer of the production activity to an external outsourcer in 2024.

Your Profile
Your qualifications and experience • University degree level education. • At least 8 GCSE's or equivalent. • 3 A levels or equivalent. • Experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model, and in particular Fund Accounting or Transfer Agents • Significant experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment.
Your knowledges and skills • A good understanding of varied areas within Operations of an Asset Management Company, (specifically FA & TA services and Custodial Services). • Ability to use standard IT tools • Ability to collaborate/communicate at all levels. • Client, results and solutions oriented. • Ability to monitor and asses KPI's and other performance indicators in respect of our Outsourced Service Provider. • Team spirit
