Role/ Department:
Based in Limerick, this newly created role is to implement, enhance and develop electronic communication relationships with our Clients. This role offers exposure to a Global Client community, to satisfy their needs, support requirements and to introduce new products. This successful candidate will be responsible for the business as usual client support and servicing component of DataWarehouse Solutions focused around understanding and managing client data (Custody, accounting, performance and vended data) maintained within the service offering. Northern Trust's public cloud based Data Warehouse Solutions (DWS) aggregates NT data and external / 3rd party data into a data warehouse to produce single source of truth and fit for purpose data for client consumption. DWS is a holistic and comprehensive service offering; including technology, infrastructure, strategic data, processes and support to aggregate, manage and deliver data.
The key responsibilities of the role include: - Communicate and present Data Warehouse Solutions offering from a technical perspective to clients, prospects and consultants. - Train/demonstrate usability of Data Warehouse Solutions and data delivery tools to clients - Act as subject matter expert or escalation point for technical/data questions throughout sales, onboard and business as usual - Work directly with client operational teams at all levels throughout both onboarding and the migration into business as usual - Support, Development, testing and release cycles - Attend scrum meetings, create/manage user stories and priority within individual sprints as necessary - Works with client executive/relationship manager and clients to gain understanding of client needs and implements accordingly - Solving complex problems - Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Skills/ Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having: - Prior experience in an operational role in Financial services - Ability to manage client expectations, meet deadlines and communicate effectively day to day with clients - Data analysis/management, accounting or experience in Funds industry - Evidence of successful delivery of projects across global operational teams - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, drive and motivate agendas - Experience in partnering closely with executive leadership and external customers - Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others - Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Accounting, Data Management or related field or equivalent experience - Familiarity with leading data technologies (Snowflake, Alteryx) using cloud-based tools
