Bookkeeper



CBRE Israel is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our finance team.



This is a maternity leave replacement role with an option for permanent employment.




Key Responsibilities:

• Recording vendor invoices and processing payments


• Issuing customer invoices and managing accounts receivable & debt aging


• Bank and credit card reconciliations


• General ledger and account reconciliations


• Payments to authorities and institutions


• Preparing reports and financial materials up to balance sheet level (balances, provisions, income/expenses, period-end closings)


• Ongoing work with the company accountant and clients

• Certified Bookkeeper - Level 2 or 3 (mandatory)


• Proven experience as a bookkeeper up to balance sheet (mandatory)


• Priority ERP experience - mandatory


• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team


• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Full-time position: 08:00-17:00 (slight flexibility available)
