We are looking for



ACADEMIC BACKGROND:

niversity degree (or qalification deemed eqivalent).

Flent/native speaker of English.Spanish and French also valable.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROND:

Minimm of five years' experience in the Lxemborg fnd indstry, in particlar in compliance, asset management consltancy or spervision of delegated asset management.

Knowledge of the legal and reglatory provisions applicable to the CITS/AIF fnd indstry.

Knowledge of EMIR reglation, reporting and oversight.

Comprehensive knowledge of the markets, alongside with a strong knowledge of private assets.

Knowledge and/or experience in valation of real assets (PE, RE, debt, infrastrctre) and financial derivatives inclding strctred prodcts wold be an advantage;

Good knowledge of investment fnds indstry and prodct strctres.

Yo are proficient in Excel and other MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint);

Yor role in the team



The PortfolioManagement Oversight Team at Allfnds is in charge of the spervision ofdelegated Portfolio Managers in the context of the CSSF Circlar 18/698 and iscrrently looking for an Portfolio Management Oversight Manager to strengthenits activity.




Yor rolewill be to:

Take part in the initial selection of delegated investment managers and ongoing monitoring by carrying ot de diligence procedres;

Take part in the monitoring activities of fnds' performance and key risk indicators.

Take part in the new fnd lanches (investment policy);

Analyse and challenge investment proposals of illiqid assets (Private Eqity/Real Estate) to identify potential risks, where applicable;

Analyse and challenge investment proposals of ESG strategies;

Assist delegated investment managers in investment management related qestions regarding reglatory compliance, asset eligibility and reporting.
