Job Description
• Review and analyze customer transactions in detailed to identify suspicious patterns or activities, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Assess customer profiles and risk levels based on profiles and behaviours.
• To perform KYC review for high and moderate risk ranking customers with full CDD to prevent Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism which comply with Country Compliance and UOBM AML/CFT guidelines.
• Ensure the completeness of Customer Due Diligence information and risk grading is correctly tag to customer profile during reviews in accordance with UOBM's Policies and Guidelines.
• Assess and validate the legitimacy of customers' source of wealth for high risk customers, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with AML risk standards.
• Engage with PFS-AML Control to obtain final concurrence on relationship outcomes (retain or exit), and execute necessary actions based on the approved recommendations.
• Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned from time to time, in alignment with team and organizational priorities.
