We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Relationship Support Manager - International Subsidiary Banking (ISB).

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate, act on and meet requests and requirements and to provide prompt response to enquiries;
· To handle a team of staff who are responsible to handle clients' queries on ISB issues ;
· Provide guidance/assistance on account opening process for HBMY and Group Offices;
· Liaise with MYH functions and branches to resolve issues ;
· Ensure all cross-border referrals are tracked through Global Links ;
· Resolve ISB customer-related issues that cannot be handled by branches, conduct investigation to minimize/mitigate/eliminate future occurrences and make recommendations on improvements;
· Ensure the team achieve stipulated service turnaround time, good referral quality and high quality customer care ;
· Contribute to business growth , preservation and expansion of the Bank's existing and potential client base;
· Actively promote/cross sell HBMY's services/capabilities when interacting with potential / existing customers in the IBC;
· Implement and manage project initiatives to improve CMB's joined up platform and cross border account opening process;
· Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk .

Qualifications
Requirements

· Experience in commercial banking. Exposure to/knowledge of corporate lending and trade services would carry an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and results oriented.
· A good team player.
