IT Specialist - Consumer Banking

  • To provide application support and enhancement for eCUBE and Cheque Scanning Deposit Machine (CSDM) application.
  • Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support
  • To perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development and implementation.
  • To understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
  • To perform enhancement and defect fixing at code level.
  • To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
  • To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.


Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer or related fields
  • 24 x 7 offsite standby support on rotational basis.
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and team player.
  • Strong technical knowledge in SQL, ASP.Net/VB.Net, TFS, Microsoft SQL Server, Java Script/VB Script, XML, HTML, and Microsoft IIS.
  • Knowledge in Banking IT environment.
