With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.
Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a Private Bank who are looking to grow their operations in Monaco by onboarding a team of Private Bankers who cover the European and CIS markets. This is part of an ongoing growth strategy to further develop the Banks core markets.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- To join the Bank and on-board an established team of private bankers with whom you are already working and manging clients together
- Maintain and further build a portfolio of HNWI European and/or CIS (Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan…) private clients with a constant focus on business development and client acquisition.
- Offer wealth management solutions and advice to clients such as credit, lending, and investment products (equities, bonds, fixed income) portfolio management and financial advice
- Provide training and advice to members of your team to improve services to HNWI clients and increasing portfolio assets and revenue generation
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience working in a sales-based position with a good level of success
- prior management and support and growth of a team of Private Bankers
- Strong track record of business development / sales / relevant experience or university graduate
- Located in Monaco (preferable) or happy to relocate
- Fluent in French and English
