Your Role:

You will play a significant role in business support by performing various and complex administrative assignments requested by client servicing teams, such as:

• You will maintain various internal and external databases and entity management systems on daily basis.

• You will assist in conducting financial statement reviews, analysis and replication ensuring accounting data accuracy review & making updates of internal/external database systems.

• You will arrange filings with and obtain documents from various commercial registers.

• You will perform various other administrative assignments at the request of client servicing teams and coordinate work with other Citco locations.

• You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating financial reports in XBRL format in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and update documentation of XBRL guidelines and procedures.

• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives related to XBRL.

About You:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (can be fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time).Prior internship or academic exposure to financial reporting or corporate administration is an advantage.

• You have very good computers skills (Microsoft Office packages).

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is an added advantage.

• You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team.

• Flexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs.

• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.

• Flexibility and ability to deal with change.

• Exposure in XBRL tagging and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with any XBRL tools and platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
