About the Role
As a Finance professional, you will play a key role in supporting accounting and reporting activities across multiple countries. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, contribute to financial processes, and gain exposure to a dynamic, multinational environment.
What You Will Do:
• Support the Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting and management information to both the client and CBRE leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX-related reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow data.
• Support revenue, margin, and cost tracking, including budget monitoring and savings reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including invoicing, credit control, supplier payments, and PO management.
• Maintain financial records and trackers, ensuring data accuracy across ERP systems.
• Work closely with Shared Service Centres, in-country finance teams, and operational stakeholders to resolve financial issues and improve processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making across EMEA sites.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting, finance operations, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
• Advanced English and Polish, both written and spoken .
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
