About the department

The Creative Services team delivers creative and digital solutions that support business goals worldwide. The team manages a broad portfolio of creative projects, overseeing workflow coordination, resource planning, production activities, project tracking, and digital asset management. By ensuring efficient delivery and consistent quality, the team enables stakeholders across the organization to achieve their objectives in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. We are currently looking for an individual to join us for a six-month contract.

How you will add value:

Core Responsibilities:

• You will coordinate daily workflow across the regional creative agency.
• You will assign projects through workflow management systems.
• You will track incoming requests and monitor project progress.
• You will maintain workflow data and project status updates.
• You will organize operational meetings and project kick-offs.
• You will support Digital Asset Management activities and asset accuracy.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• You will implement workflow and asset management improvements.
• You will prepare reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• You will identify workflow risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• You will drive initiatives that improve production efficiency.

Team & Collaboration

• You will partner with designers, supervisors, and stakeholders globally.

What will help you be successful in this role:

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, production management, or workflow management.
• Experience in a creative, marketing, digital production, or agency environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with workflow management systems; Workfront preferred.
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management processes and best practices.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.

Soft Skills:

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational awareness.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and within a team
