We're looking for a Product Manager intern to:
- help develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap for the future digital banking experience - covering the full product development lifecycle
- support new products development and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional teams and development pods
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- support internal initiatives to ensure data-driven product discovery by enabling a strong data foundation for client feedback for product colleagues across the organization
- analyze client feedback and market trends, and turn insights into product opportunities
- support in various activities

The team

You'll be working in the UBS Digital Platform and Client Solutions team in Poland. The team drives transformation, integration and product development, and plays a key role in shaping what the future the digital banking experience.

You will work and collaborate closely with our Product Leads and stakeholders across the organization.

The team is currently split between locations in Switzerland and Poland.

Your skills and experience

- currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business, data analytics, finance or a related field
- strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to working with data
- passion for AI, customer experience, and digital product development
-strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
-strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- proactive, curious and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
