Job Title : Corporate Cards Product & Sales Management

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The position holder will lead the strategic growth and commercial performance of Corporate Cards portfolio through sales management, product development, client acquisition, and market expansion. Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Relationship Management, Treasury and Institutional Client teams to identify new business opportunities, develop integrated payment solutions, and strengthen relationships with financial institution partners and corporate clients. Leverage market intelligence, client insights and our payment capabilities to enhance product propositions, accelerate adoption, optimise portfolio performance, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the growth, optimisation, and profitability of the Corporate Cards portfolio, driving increased penetration, activation, spend and client retention across corporate and SME segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across business and commercial card products.
• Identify evolving client and market needs and translate them into compelling Corporate Cards propositions across expense management, procurement, travel, working capital, and broader business payment solutions.
• Partner closely with Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Relationship Management, Treasury, and Institutional Client teams to develop integrated solutions and maximise client opportunities.
• Drive the end-to-end client journey from acquisition and onboarding through to activation, usage growth, and ongoing relationship development, ensuring strong client experience and portfolio performance.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or business card products within banking or financial services.
• Managing and growing corporate card portfolios.
• Developing and executing sales strategies for business and commercial card products.
• Working with corporate banking and cash management stakeholders.
• Driving product penetration among corporate and SME clients.
• Supporting client onboarding, usage growth, and portfolio profitability.
• Understanding client needs across expense management, procurement, travel, and working capital solutions.
• Coordinating with risk, compliance, operations, technology, and marketing teams

Mandatory Skills:

• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
• Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
• An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
