Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate account opening, amendments, closures and periodic KYC reviews.
- Process and track remittances, deposits, FX documentation and other transaction-related requests.
- Assist with loan administration, including drawdowns, repayments and outstanding documentation.
- Handle client enquiries and coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities comply with KYC/AML, regulatory and internal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant banking operations, transaction services or client servicing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
- Good understanding of corporate banking operations and KYC/AML processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous for communicating with Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn banking systems.
