A Top Tier Investment Bank is currently looking for a Business Analyst (Client Onboarding) to join their team. The successful applicant will work with the existing team in driving remediation projects, fixing data quality issues and implementing automation solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive data remediation projects with an existing team
- Perform root cause analysis, fix data quality issues and provide ongoing reports
- Analyze data to identify data quality issues and translate the findings into documentation
- Perform data entry for data remediation and data is aligned with Client Documents.
- Develop understanding of how data is captured in various downstream systems
- Prepare data by acquiring data from multiple sources
- Work closely with Onboarding SMEs and Technology team to prioritize remediation
- Publish regular status update reports to management
- Identify, Develop and implement automation solutions
- Develop process model in Signavio
- Work with management to prioritize and implement projects
- Identify and Implement process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Banking & Finance or other equivalent qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a business analyst or RPA Developer
- Experience in Wealth Management Onboarding process
- Experience in managing remediation projects
- Experience in KYC data remediation projects
- Experience on VB Scripting , Tableau , Xceptor, Alteryx and Robotics Automation tools
- Experience in Process Modeling (BPM tools)
- Technical expertise databases (SQL etc.), VB Scripting , BPM Tools, RPA Tools , Tableau , Xceptor and Alteryx
- Strong understanding of Client On-boarding process and KYC Process
- Strong understand of MS Office tools(Excel,Powerpoint,Word)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making , and conflict resolution skills
- Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers and team members
